Swix's VP waxes are flourocarbon free and made for racing, although their excellent glide and grip properties make them fun for training as well. Each wax has two temperature ranges, one for new fallen snow with sharp penetrating snow crystals, and one for transformed older snow with more rounded crystals.

VP55dark purplewax is designed for moist and new fallen snow around zero degrees. You can also use it on older snow just below the freezing point.
